Visit the South Australian Canine Association (SACA) website to get a list of the dog shows in your area.
If you like cats, consider talking to the SA Feline Association or the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy.
There are also hundreds of dogs and cats that end up at animal shelters for adoption because they are either lost or rejected by their owners.
